5. Chisels must be impact-resistant.
6. The leased equipment will be used at wells in the Republic of Tatarstan, Orenburg Region, Samara Region, Perm Territory, Udmurtia.
7. The maximum bit rotation frequency is not less than 300 rpm.
8. The rental price indicated in the commercial offer is fixed until 12/31/2021.
