This request for quotation procedure is not a tender procedure. The organizer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the request for quotations at any time, without incurring any liability to the Suppliers!

The term of the agreement is from 01.06.2021 to 31.12.2021.

1. Acceptance of the contract as amended by the Customer.
2. All equipment must comply with the required technical characteristics, GOST, TU, and also have passports, certificates of conformity, operating instructions.
3. The amount of rent for a bit is made for 1 meter of penetration.
4. The cost of the leased bits includes the provision of auxiliary equipment, such as a ring gauge, a lapel board, a stock of nozzles, special. wrenches and tools, sub for assembly of bits, sub for flap board for non-standard rotor design.
5. Chisels must be impact-resistant.
6. The leased equipment will be used at wells in the Republic of Tatarstan, Orenburg Region, Samara Region, Perm Territory, Udmurtia.
7. The maximum bit rotation frequency is not less than 300 rpm.
8. The rental price indicated in the commercial offer is fixed until 12/31/2020.
9. Delivery of the leased equipment is carried out by the Lessor to BPO NP LLC "Horizon" at the address: Bugulma, st. Montage, 6.
