Payment terms:Payment for services rendered by the Landlord is made by the Tenant within 90 calendar days from the moment the parties sign the acts of completion, the reconciliation statement of the calculations executed in 2 copies and the presentation of the invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Comments:
1. Agreement acceptance in edition of the Tenant (see Appendix № 1).
2. All equipment must comply with the required technical specifications, GOST, TU, and also have a passport, certificates of conformity, operating instructions.
3. The amount of the rent is calculated based on the rental price during the operation of the product and the rental price during the time the product is rented by the Tenant. The cost of rent provides for repairs that the Landlord makes its own.
4. The amount of rent is made for 1 meter of bit penetration.
5. The cost of the leased equipment includes the provision of auxiliary equipment, such as caliber-ring, shipping sub, clamp, etc.
6. The rental price indicated in the commercial offer is fixed until the end of 2019.
7. Delivery of the leased equipment is carried out by both the Lessor and the Lessee.

8. Application of a commercial offer is required.
