Comments:
1. The Technical AND Commercial Proposal should be based on the following documentation:

 Terms of reference - Lease of a gas piston power plant (Tver region);

The Technical AND Commercial Proposal form is attached, but can be supplemented by the Bidder of the request according to the Requirements Specifications (The Company will give priority to the Technical and Commercial Proposal, which will include the broken amounts for the blocks of the Requirements Specifications):

a) As part of your Commercial Offer, please allocate separately (if not included in the rental price) installation maintenance services (cost without VAT per month) and one-time cost for (delivery, installation, commissioning, etc. – if applicable);
b) The Company is considering an alternative option to provide 2-3 installations with a total capacity of at least that specified in this technical specification.
c) We also ask you to indicate in the Technical and Commercial Proposal the terms of payment (prepayment, post-payment, other);
d) We ask you to specify the minimum time frame for the implementation of the project (after the conclusion of the contract).

2. The technical and commercial proposal in electronic form must be submitted as in an editable format (MS Excel) and in PDF format, certified by the signature and seal of the Bidder of the Request.

3. The offer must include Statutory and financial documents according to the list of the file "Documents of the counterparty for provision (v.1)" in the attachment.

4. The Bidder of the request must provide documented information:

Confirmation of the availability of resources for the project (staffing table, allocation of a separate team);
Other additional visual materials that can tell about your experience and qualifications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
