Обоснование: Признать Открытое акционерное общество "Авиасалон" соответствующим требованиям Документации и удовлетворяющим критериям оценки предложений.
В связи с тем, что до оценочной стадии допущена одна Заявка, которая не отклонена, ввиду отсутствия конкурентной среды, на основании п.3.11.13 Документации процедура запроса предложений признается несостоявшейся.
На основании п. 3.11.14 Документации считать Открытое акционерное общество "Авиасалон" Единственным участником закупки и на основании абзаца 1 п. 3.14.4 Документации заключить договор с Единственным участником закупки на условиях Документации и предложений, указанных в составе Заявки на участие в запросе предложений.
