Payment terms:Payment is made for the services actually rendered on the basis of the invoice within 30 banking days from the date of signing the Act of Acceptance of the services rendered. The cost of fuel and lubricants should be set separately on the basis of the data of the moto-clock devices and route sheets, copies of the consignment notes for diesel fuel. We pay for services and fuel with VAT.

ROCKWOOL Company (www.rockwool.ru ) invites you to participate in the request for proposals on:
1) Performing shunting works by a locomotive (shunting locomotive of the CHME2/CHME3/TGM4/TGM6 series, etc., with a diesel power of 750-1250 hp, and an axial formula - (20-20/30-30) with a crew and equipment on an access railway track of non-public use of LLC "Rockvul".
The scope of work is 10-15 wagons daily in a 12-hour shift from 8:00 to 20:00.
There is an unheated hangar for parking the locomotive, a changing room for the crew. We do not provide a hostel. A file with a detailed technical specification is attached to the tender;
2) Maintenance of the non-public railway track of LLC "Rokvul" to ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials and materials to the territory of the enterprise. A detailed description of the maintenance work on the non-public track can be found in the TOR attached to the tender.

We work through EDO (contract, DS, primary documents are signed by EDO).

Attached to the tender are:
1) Technical specifications for shunting work by a locomotive, for maintenance of non-public tracks and a technical scheme.
2) Standard documents of Rokvul LLC that we sign with the contract: CoC (Supplier Code of Conduct), NDA (Non-disclosure Agreement) and EDO Agreement
3) Qualification questionnaire: it is necessary to fill out and attach it together with the CP when submitting an offer.
