The rent is paid by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Lessor within 30 calendar days (for SMEs not more than 15 working days) after the parties sign the Certificate of Services Rendered on the basis of the invoice, invoice (if the Lessor is a VAT payer)

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
