Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment of Lease payments is made by the TENANT once a quarter to the LESSOR’s bank account until the 25th day of the last month of the quarter preceding the quarter for which payment must be made.
Payment of Lease payments for the first and last quarter is made by the TENANT to the LESSOR in the amount proportional to the actual number of rental days of the corresponding quarter, which is confirmed by the acceptance and transfer certificates of the Premises.
Transfer of the Lease payments for the last quarter of the lease in case of termination of the AGREEMENT upon the expiration of the lease term or upon its early termination is made by the TENANT in the amount, with the offset of the amount previously paid by the TENANT of the Advance Payment.
The LESSOR quarterly, within 5 (Five) calendar days from the date of the provision of services, provides the TENANT with an invoice.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
