Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payments are made by the Lessee at least 45 and not more than 75 calendar days (for SMEs - 15 working days) from the date the Lessor submits the original invoice (invoices in the presence of a variable part of the rent) for payment, drawn up on the basis of an act on the rendered rental services signed by the Parties. The obligation to pay the rent arises for the Lessee from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance and transfer of the Property and terminates from the date of return of the Property by the Lessee, drawn up by the relevant act of acceptance and transfer.
The rent is calculated taking into account the number of actual days of using the Property.
