Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The rent is paid by the Lessee monthly until the 10th day of the month following the settlement by transferring funds to the Lessor’s settlement account on the basis of the invoice sent by the Lessor until the 5th of the month following the settlement.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
