Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

A modern one-storey warehouse building made of light metal structures and sandwich panels or bricks, preferably rectangular in shape without columns or with a column pitch of at least 9 meters and with a span spacing of at least 24 meters, newly built or reconstructed.
Flat concrete floor with anti-dust coating, with a load of at least 5 tons / sq.m., at a level of 1.20 m from the ground.
High ceilings of at least 6 meters, allowing the installation of multi-level shelving equipment.
Adjustable temperature regime or heating system
Ventilation system.
The presence of a fire alarm system and an automatic fire extinguishing system.
Security alarm system and video surveillance system.
Availability of automatic dock-type gates (dock shelters) with loading and unloading platforms
Availability of sites for the sedimentation of heavy vehicles and parking of cars.
Availability of platforms for maneuvering heavy vehicles.
Fiber-optic telecommunications.
Fenced and guarded around the clock, illuminated landscaped area.
It is desirable to have office space at the warehouse.
It is desirable to have auxiliary premises at the warehouse (toilet, utility rooms, changing rooms for staff)
It is desirable to have a system of accounting and access control of employees.
