Requirements to warehouses and conditions are prescribed in the technical specification (attached to the tender procedure).

In bidding to specify the price of rubles with VAT.
To participate in the procurement procedure necessarily reinforcement of the commercial offer, with signature and seal on the letterhead of the organization.
After the end of the auction in case of not attaching the KP it is necessary to send an e-mail to Ivliev A.A. within 1 working day.
If the KP is absent, the proposal will not be considered.
