Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Information for participants:

The list of vehicles and the number of hours are indicated in the statement of work. The list of operating hours is preliminary and the monthly need may vary depending on the official need. The price is fixed until the end of 2019. The requirements presented by the Customer are specified in the technical task and must be observed on all points, since the services will be provided on the territory of sensitive facilities with a checkpoint and its own security system.

When participating in the procedure, you must download the following documents: set of constituent documents, bang. balance sheet, VAT tax return (if payers), information on the ownership of the equipment, or lease agreements, licenses for the right to carry passengers and the initial technical and commercial offer.


1. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents, according to the list, simultaneously with submitting the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure, to their proposals in electronic form. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The cost of the services provided must be unchanged until 12/31/2019 (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
