Cranes must be registered with Rostekhnadzor and have the mark WHAT VET.
Drivers (crane operators) are citizens of the Russian Federation, must have the relevant qualification certificates and have relevant special magazines filled with them, on the part of the crane lessor, they must provide the brand, state number and name of drivers, STS and copies of the driver's (crane operator's) passports

The procurement organizer has the right to refuse to conduct a request for proposals at any stage, without incurring any responsibility to the participants in the procurement procedure or to third parties to whom such an action may cause losses.
