Working hours are daily, in 2 shifts. KP should be issued in a free form indicating the TIN of the organization, contact person, payment terms, terms of mobilization for the object, rental rates for each piece of equipment (specify the name, brand, model), include other information at the discretion of the participant.
Household and transport services of personnel (food, accommodation, delivery to the place of work, etc.), as well as maintenance of equipment (repair, refueling, etc.) for the entire period of work is carried out by the lessor.
This request for proposals is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer that exceed those listed in the terms of the competition. |
