The right to conclude a contract for the provision of services is possible after passing the accreditation from the Customer.

This procedure is not a competition, its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057 - 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the Organizer.
