5. Certificate from Inspectorate at the place of registration about absence of debts on taxes and other obligatory payments;
6. Power of attorney or other document confirming the right to sign the financial documents of an official; Other documents, at the discretion of the enterprise, its characterizing able to influence the results of the competition-company reviews, letters about dealership, etc.
"The participant shall have the right to contact the representative of the Security service in case of occurrence of the event limiting the competitive procedures, or discrediting the participant from the organizer.
