Поставляемая продукция должна соответствовать требованиям действующих на территории Российской Федерации нормативно-технических документов в части безопасности и экологии;
 В случае выявления дефектов Поставщик обязуется устранить дефекты или заменить некачественный товар в течение 30 календарных дней с момента получения официального уведомления об этом со стороны Покупателя.
 В состав предложения должны входить сертификаты, подтверждающие качество продукции, а так же чертежи и схемы (если имеются). Если документы не будут предоставлены, Организатор вправе запросить их предоставление в указанные сроки.
