3. It is necessary to upload a commercial offer in free form where it must be indicated: Delivery time, GOST (TU) for the products supplied, data on the product manufacturer and the station (city) shipment, delivery method;
4. Special requirements for packaging, transportation - packaging must ensure the safety of the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage during transportation;
5. By submitting a commercial offer within the framework of this tender, you agree to the terms of the attached Model Supply Agreement (see the files tab);
6. Counterparties that did not have a contractual relationship with AMURSTAL LLC for 1 year or more before the date of the tender are asked to provide copies of documents in accordance with the attached list.
