The list of mandatory requirements for consideration of the Call for Bidding (preliminary stage):
1. Fill in and submit the following documents:
- Appendix No. 1 "Brief supplier questionnaire" (see attachment in the form).
- Appendix No. 2 "Letter of Guarantee" in the preliminary stage is provided without prices (see attachment in the form).
- Appendix No. 3 "Commitment on the Principles of Ethics of the partner of TD Kama LLC (see attachment in the form).
- Appendix No. 4 "Company card" (see attachment).
- Technical description (the technical description must contain: full name of the product, model, name of the manufacturer of the product (brand), completeness, main technical characteristics and principle of operation).(Appendix 3.1. Technical description)
2. The main stage of the Commercial Proposal. The validity period of the Commercial Proposal must be at least 180 calendar days.
