Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:deferred payment not more than 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products to the customer's warehouse. Cashless payments. The advance is not provided. The proposals contain an advance payment will not be considered.
Delivery terms:1. Delivery within 20 calendar days from the date of the filing of the written requests of the purchaser in the address of the provider. 2. Permissible tolerance products delivered +/-10%. 3. Quantity to be delivered, the delivery time can be adjusted by the buyer depending on production needs. 4. Non-selected by the buyer during the period of validity of the contract products not supplied by the provider and is not paid by the buyer. 5. Availability of the document confirming the quality of the products, at the time of the transfer of the goods to the warehouse of the buyer. 6.
