Comments:
1. Unconditional consent to the conclusion of the contract in the standard edition of PJSC "CHMK" (SEE ATTACHMENT). It is mandatory to attach a letter of consent to the conclusion of the contract in the standard edition of PJSC "CHMK"
2. The products must meet the requirements specified in the terms of reference.(SEE ATTACHMENT).
3. Mandatory attachment to the system of documents specified in the procurement documentation. The validity period of the TAP is at least 90 DAYS.

7. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
