Auto-extension

Payment terms:Indicate one of two acceptable options:
1) 100% post payment within 10 banking days from the receipt of goods at the buyer's warehouse in the city of Nakhodka. Wrangel St. Krainev 2 without comment.
2) advance payment of not more than 25% of the cost of the consignment from the moment of signing the specification. The final payment of 75% within 10 business days upon delivery of products to the Buyer's warehouse, without complaints.

Comments:
1) ATTENTION !!! delivery of goods in accordance with all requirements for the transport of dangerous goods Class 2.
2) Mandatory download of the following documents; commercial offer, certificate of goods.
3) Upon delivery, the entire list of documents required for the sea transportation of Class 2 exhaust gas must be provided.
4) The products must be accompanied with: certificate of product quality / passport, cylinders must undergo re-examination. must be equipped with caps and rubber rings.
5) Criteria for selection of the best offer: quality of products, shortest possible delivery time, price, terms of payment, operational experience;
6) This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
7) This procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1065, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
8) Before shipping a packing list needs to be filled (see the example of filling in additional information), and attached to the package with the product, the copy is to be sent to the Customer via e-mail.
9) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "The products to be sent to the regions of the Extreme North and equivalent areas. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96"Cargo Marking".
