This request for proposals procedure does not constitute an offer, solicitation of offer, acceptance of an offer or an invitation to tender, it is not governed by articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1065, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

The customer is not obliged to conclude any transactions based on the results of the request for proposals procedure, has the right to reject all proposals received (s) for any reason or to terminate the procedure for requesting proposals at any time without notification of participants in procurement and does not bear any responsibility towards participants or third parties to whom such action can cause damages. The employer also does not assume any obligation to reimburse Participants for the procurement or other third parties any cost or any loss associated with participation in the procedure for requesting proposals. Participant purchases, taking part in the request for proposals procedure confirms that he read and agree to these terms and conditions.

The organizer has the right to conduct phase 2 (peretorzhka) in case of unsatisfactory results in the first stage. To peretorzhki will be allowed not more than 30% of applicants with the best prices from the total number of participants. The winner will be recognized by the applicant's proposal offering the best conditions in accordance with the requirements and criteria of the procedure.

Criteria for evaluating and selecting proposals:
1. The conformity of the subject procurement requirements LTD. CC "Agroholding" Kuban "on quality (compliance with TK);
2. Value proposition;
3. Condition of delivery and payment;
4. Experience. Reputation of the company;

If downloadable documents are signed to EDS, in addition to certify their Director's signature and the seal of the organization is not required. If EDS is not used, then you must upload scanned documents with a seal and signature.

At this stage, allowed the participation of suppliers without EDS.
