The submitted technical and commercial proposal should consist of two parts – technical (Appendix 7-technical) and commercial (Appendix 7 commercial), certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression. The technical part must specify the list and composition of works and it is not allowed to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). The technical and commercial proposal must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TAP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TAP will be rejected. It is also necessary to fill out and attach Appendices 2-5 and consider the standard contract form (Appendix 8).

Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a supplier using electronic document management systems. (Appendix 9)
In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Procurement, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such a Contract may be terminated.
