Payment terms:The following calculation options are proposed:
1) Advance payment is not provided.
Payment is made upon, by transferring money to the Contractor’s current account within 10 business days after the Contractor’s fulfillment of obligations to perform work / provide services and the Customer receives primary documents.
2) Advance payment is not provided.
Payment is made upon, by transferring money to the Contractor’s current account within 30 business days after Contractor’s fulfillment of obligations to perform work / provide services and the Customer receives primary documents.
* The bidder must enclose 2 (two) commercial proposals with different payment terms. The decision on the winner will be made on the most favorable conditions for PJSC TATNEFT.
Delivery terms:Lot # 1: Stage 1: 26.11.2017-07.12.2019
Stage 2: 01.28.2020-07.02.2020
Works need to be carried out annually within three years (approximately in similar terms)

Lot number 2: From the date of the conclusion of the contract (but not later than November 1, 2019) until March 28, 2020. (registration of the final audit report)

ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!:В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ПАО «Татнефть». В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!:В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры. С 14.01.2019 в тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков завершения тендера НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение. Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения.
