Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Dear participants!

The order and conditions of payment - in accordance with the conditions specified in the description (name) of lots.
Provision of Bank guarantee in advance from 10 000 000 rubles. (BG from the bank enters the TOP 100 banks, BG according to the template of JSC "Thunder", the validity period of BG is equal to the entire period of construction of the object +60 days from the moment of commissioning of the object or signing of the final KS2 and KS3 on investment program).
The guarantee amount is 5% of the contract price, paid to the general contractor in 1 year after the act of acceptance of the performed works. This condition is included in the contract if the amount of the contract is equal to or exceeds 20 000 000 rubles.
Warranty period for completed works - no

The procedure and schedule of work shall be agreed with the customer."

- Work to carry out at the operating enterprise in compliance with safety standards and rules. - Admission to the enterprise is made on passes, after approval of the list by the management of the enterprise.

The organization must be a member of SRO, have permits to the work done, have at least 5 people in the staff. Have experience in conducting inspection and audit of industrial buildings and structures.

The bidder may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of submission of bids.

Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
