To submit and further consider your proposal, you need to upload your application to the B2B platform, which should contain:
1. Financial statements of the company for the last available reporting period, including all forms and an explanatory note (if any) (for 2020) + interim statements for 2021;
• A copy of the VAT tax return for the last tax period preceding the date of the conclusion of the contract, certified by the signatures of the head and the chief accountant and the seal of the company, with confirmation of the acceptance of the declaration by the tax authority
• Calculation of insurance premiums (with attachment 1, other attachments are optional) for the last reporting period and a copy of the report on the submission of reports or notification of the entry of information.

| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document. |

| Оговорка 2.: | Организатор вправе приложить к заявке форму договора. Направление Участником заявки на участие в запросах означает согласие Участника, в случае признания его победителем, подписать договор по прилагаемой форме.
В случае принятия Организатором решения о признании Участника победителем запроса и заключении с ним договора, Участник обязан заключить договор по форме, прилагаемой к заявке на участие в запросе. В случае отказа от заключения договора по прилагаемой форме, Организатор вправе отказать Участнику в заключении договора без применения к Организатору каких-либо санкций. |
