Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Postpay: payment within 45 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the Certificate of Completion of Works / Services Rendered, payment once a month, the payment day is "Thursday"
Delivery terms:

Purchasing documentation contains:
1. File in Word format with terms of reference - TK RC OZON EXPRESS. By participating in the tender, you agree to the terms and conditions described in the TOR.
2. File in Excel format: "Appendix No. 1 Cost and volumes (to be filled in)".
The draft agreement will be provided later, if you are recognized as the winner.
To submit and further consider your proposal, you need to upload your application to the B2B platform, which should contain:
1. Financial statements of the company for the last available reporting period, including all forms and an explanatory note (if any) (for 2020) + interim statements for 2021;
• A copy of the VAT tax return for the last tax period preceding the date of the conclusion of the contract, certified by the signatures of the head and the chief accountant and the seal of the company, with confirmation of the acceptance of the declaration by the tax authority
• Calculation of insurance premiums (with attachment 1, other attachments are optional) for the last reporting period and a copy of the report on the submission of reports or notification of the entry of information.
2. Appendix No. 1 Cost and volumes (to be filled in):
• Provide the file in Excel format (without changing the format) fill in 4 tabs:
1. Supplier Questionnaire;
2. "Service cost";
3. "Volume to fill";
4. "Exp. calculator. "Completion" ": in the calculation it is necessary to reflect all methods of registration of employees: Self-employed; Labor contracts; GPC
5. Presentation of the company in PowerPoint format, where it is necessary to reflect information: information about the company (how many years on the market, in which cities the sites are located), the number of the company (in FTE and workplaces, information on growth prospects for the needs of the customer) in the context of sites, technology platform (systems that help organize the operational process), client portfolio, organizational structure of the project team for OZON EXPRESS (project manager, foremen, senior employees and their functions in the project structure)
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Настоящий запрос предложений и документация не являются извещением о проведении конкурса (публичного конкурса), извещением о проведении торгов или публичной офертой, по смыслу статей 435-437, 447-449 части 1 ГК РФ, статей 1057-1061 части 2 ГК РФ. Соответственно, публикация запроса и размещение любой документации не обязывает Организатора заключить какой-либо договор с любым Участником, и не накладывает на Организатора никаких гражданско-правовых обязательств. Организатор имеет право отказаться от всех полученных Предложений по любой причине или прекратить процедуру отбора в любой момент, не неся при этом никакой ответственности перед Участниками.
Оговорка 2.:
Организатор вправе приложить к заявке форму договора. Направление Участником заявки на участие в запросах означает согласие Участника, в случае признания его победителем, подписать договор по прилагаемой форме.
В случае принятия Организатором решения о признании Участника победителем запроса и заключении с ним договора, Участник обязан заключить договор по форме, прилагаемой к заявке на участие в запросе. В случае отказа от заключения договора по прилагаемой форме, Организатор вправе отказать Участнику в заключении договора без применения к Организатору каких-либо санкций.
