Payment terms:Postpay: payment within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the Certificate of Completion of Works / Services Rendered.

Comments:
It is necessary to familiarize yourself with the Procurement Documentation.

The addresses of the provision of services are indicated in the documentation, in the file "Volumes for all federal districts" you can familiarize yourself with the forecasted volumes for 2021.

You can also familiarize yourself with the conditions for CMO, within which we will interact with the Contractor.

Purchasing documentation contains:
1. File in Word format with terms of reference. By participating in the tender, you agree to the terms described in the TOR.
2. File in Excel format - "Commercial proposal form" This file contains 5 tabs, of which you must fill in 4 tabs:
"Cost of services (complete set)";
"Cost of services (PGR + water PRT)";
"Questionnaire";
"Questionnaire".

All tabs must be completed without changing the format.

The participant can apply for both all federal districts and for a part. If you submit a quotation, you must provide prices at rates for all cities within the Federal District for which the application is being submitted, participants who submit an application not for all cities within one Federal District will be rejected.


3. Contract template - will be presented later (to participants who have passed to the final stage).

Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Оговорка:Настоящий запрос предложений и документация не являются извещением о проведении конкурса (публичного конкурса), извещением о проведении торгов или публичной офертой, по смыслу статей 435-437, 447-449 части 1 ГК РФ, статей 1057-1061 части 2 ГК РФ. Соответственно, публикация запроса и размещение любой документации не обязывает Организатора заключить какой-либо договор с любым Участником, и не накладывает на Организатора никаких гражданско-правовых обязательств. Организатор имеет право отказаться от всех полученных Предложений по любой причине или прекратить процедуру отбора в любой момент, не неся при этом никакой ответственности перед Участниками.
Оговорка 2.:Организатор вправе приложить к заявке форму договора. Направление Участником заявки на участие в запросах означает согласие Участника, в случае признания его победителем, подписать договор по прилагаемой форме.
В случае принятия Организатором решения о признании Участника победителем запроса и заключении с ним договора, Участник обязан заключить договор по форме, прилагаемой к заявке на участие в запросе. В случае отказа от заключения договора по прилагаемой форме, Организатор вправе отказать Участнику в заключении договора без применения к Организатору каких-либо санкций.
