Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:

Comments: • Within the framework of this tender, only legal entities are considered. persons registered in the territory of Belarus (residents);
• The customer under the contract will be one of the legal entities. persons of the OZON company, which will be registered in the territory of Belarus (the agreement will be concluded with two residents of the Republic of Belarus);
• All settlements will be made in Belarusian rubles (BYN).
• This tender is not a notice of a tender (public tender), a notice of an auction or a public offer, within the meaning of Articles 405-407, 464 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus, Articles 927, 928 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus. Accordingly, the publication of the request and the placement of any documentation does not oblige the Organizer to conclude any contract with any Participant, and does not impose any civil obligations on the Organizer. The Organizer has the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.

Purchasing documentation contains:
1. File in Word format with the terms of reference - TK OCC Belarus. By participating in the tender, you agree to the terms and conditions described in the TOR.
2. File in Excel format: "Appendix No. 1-Questionnaire_ Republic of Belarus" (3 tabs, 1 of which for filling).
3. Appendix # 2_KPI and penalties (for review).
The draft agreement will be provided later, if you are recognized as the winner.
To submit and further consider your proposal, you need to upload your application to the B2B platform, which should contain:
1. Appendix No. 1-Questionnaire_ Republic of Belarus (fill in the tab - "Supplier Questionnaire");
2. The calculation of the proposed cost (formed according to your form) must disclose the cost of 1 (one) hour of work of the Dedicated Specialist, in Belarusian rubles (excluding VAT), which you indicate in the Questionnaire;
3. presentation of the company in PowerPoint format, where it is necessary to reflect information: information about the company (how many years on the market, in which cities the sites are located), the number of the company (in FTE and workplaces, information on growth prospects for the needs of the customer) in the context of sites, technology platform (systems that help organize the operational process), client portfolio, organizational structure of the project team (project manager, WG, SV, trainer and their functions in the project structure), photos of the site, other information that the Contractor wishes to reflect in order to show his strengths.
4. Documented confirmation of the presence of the following processes in the CC:
• work with personnel at all stages of an employee's life (selection, training, control, motivation, retention)
• quality control (description of standardized quality assessment methods)
• production resource management (techniques for optimizing operator work shifts, organizing operational load management)
• protection of personal data (policy of ensuring the protection of information)
• ensuring the sustainability of service processes (description of backup and storage processes, regulations and standards of technical services, reservation of hardware resources).

20.05 - 18.05 - final conditions and proposed rates with the finalists of the tender;
18.05 - 23.05 - organization of the TC, nomination of the winners;

Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Оговорка:
• Настоящий тендер не является извещением о проведении конкурса (публичного конкурса), извещением о проведении торгов или публичной офертой, по смыслу статей 405-407, 464 ГК РБ, статей 927, 928 ГК РБ. Соответственно, публикация запроса и размещение любой документации не обязывает Организатора заключить какой-либо договор с любым Участником, и не накладывает на Организатора никаких гражданско-правовых обязательств. Организатор имеет право отказаться от всех полученных Предложений по любой причине или прекратить процедуру отбора в любой момент, не неся при этом никакой ответственности перед Участниками.
Оговорка 2.:
Организатор вправе приложить к заявке форму договора. Направление Участником заявки на участие в запросах означает согласие Участника, в случае признания его победителем, подписать договор по прилагаемой форме.
В случае принятия Организатором решения о признании Участника победителем запроса и заключении с ним договора, Участник обязан заключить договор по форме, прилагаемой к заявке на участие в запросе. В случае отказа от заключения договора по прилагаемой форме, Организатор вправе отказать Участнику в заключении договора без применения к Организатору каких-либо санкций.
