Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
1) I ask you to indicate the monthly cost of providing railway transport (mandatory indication of the type of locomotive) based on the requirement for the service specified in the terms of reference.

2) Mandatory familiarization with the procurement documentation: Terms of reference, an approved list of documents, an agreement for the provision of shunting services, when you are on the OSN, you must submit a consent and an OU of interaction.

3) Inspection of the place of rendering services at the request of the contractor.

4) Documentation is mandatory:

- a full package of accounting and registration documents according to the approved list, excluding clauses 14,18,19,20 and a completed counterparty questionnaire

- an official certified commercial proposal with confirmation of the possibility of fulfilling the requirements for the service specified in the technical specification, reflecting the period of invariability of the cost of providing services for the period of contracting.

- license for the carriage of dangerous goods by rail.

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
