Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Monthly postpayment on the fact of the provision of services and provided executive documentation
Delivery terms:Provision of service starting from 01.07.2021 at LLC "SMEZ", preliminary conclusion of the contract for 1 year. Possibly for 3 years.

Comments:
1) Please indicate the monthly cost of submitting railway transport (mandatory indication of the type of locomotive) based on the requirement for the service specified in the technical specification.

2) Mandatory familiarization with procurement documentation: Technical specifications, approved list of documents, contract for rendering services shunting work, when located on the DOS mandatory for submission consent and OU of interaction.

3) Inspection of the place of rendering services at the request of the counterparty.

4) Required to provide documentation:

- full package of accounting and registration documents according to the approved list, section 3, n 1-10 and completed questionnaire of the counterparty

- official dependent KP with confirmation of the possibility of fulfilling the requirements to the service specified in the TK (compliance for each item) with a reflection of the period of immutability of the cost of rendering services on period of contracting.

- license for transportation of dangerous goods by railway transport.

This procedure for requesting proposals is not a contest, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the customer the appropriate amount of civil obligations
