Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Загрузка документации на этапе торгов не требуется, осуществляется после процедуры по запросу.

1. Данная процедура не является конкурсом или публичной офертой и не регулируется ст. 447-449 и 1057-1061 ГК РФ.
Покупатель вправе отказаться от проведения закупки в любое время со дня ее объявления, в том числе после окончания срока приема заявок без наложения ответственности. Таким образом, данная процедура не накладывает на Заказчика (Покупателя) соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств.
2. Предусмотрен режим многократного продления конкурентной процедуры на 30 минут с момента последнего предложения.
