Auto-extension

Payment terms:4.2. The Customer undertakes to pay for the work provided by the Contractor no later than 10 (ten) working days from the date the Contractor submits the invoice and the both Parties sign the Acceptance Certificate for the work performed for the reporting period. The reporting period is 15 calendar days.
Delivery terms:The list of cities in which it is necessary to provide services is listed in Appendix No. 2, as well as in the procurement items.

Comments:
1. Services for loading / unloading groupage cargo in warehouses.
2. The work schedule is a day shift of 8/11 hours, a night shift of 8/11 hours.
3. Citizenship doesn't matter.
4. Transport, food, uniform are not provided.
5. Along with the list of persons involved in the provision of services, copies of the following documents are required:
For citizens of the Russian Federation: Passports; Labor contract or other document confirming civil relations between the person sent to the Customer for the provision of services and the Contractor; The original of the referral sheet for the provision of services (or a travel sheet).
For foreign citizens: Passports; Migration card; Migration registration; Patent; All checks (payment of a fixed advance payment of personal income tax); Labor contract; Notifications of the conclusion of an employment contract (with a mark of the OVM ATC);
The original of the referral sheet for the provision of services (or a travel sheet).
6. Conclusion of an agreement in accordance with the standard form of LLC "PEK" (Contract for Procurement and Development).
