Dear participants, the application must include the following documents:
1. Counterparty card (template in documentation)
2. Statutory documents
3. A commercial offer in free form with the signature and seal of an authorized person, containing agreement with the terms of payment.
4. Confirmation of the possibility to start providing warehouse personnel outsourcing services on the basis of the Customer's letter of guarantee prior to the conclusion of the contract.
5. Certificate of experience on similar experience in providing services with mandatory indication of the number of personnel involved, the region of service provision, the customer and his contact details for communication.
6. Certificate of the Participant on the number and timing of the withdrawal of personnel within 5 days if he is recognized as the winner for each of the lots.
All commercial offers and requests for clarification are accepted only through the ETP.
The tariff fixing period is 1 year.
This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the prohibition of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the customer to choose a supplier. |
