Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Since the application is emergency, the delivery time will be the main criterion for choosing a supplier after agreeing on technical specifications.

The purpose of the competition is to receive proposals with the lowest possible final cost. The decision to choose the winner is made based on the results of comparing the terms of commercial offers, taking into account the technical conclusion of the customer and possible recommendations of the Security Department regarding the participants, as well as the supplier's OTIF indicator.
The winner is obliged to carry out the delivery of s/ h on the terms provided during this competition.
