To participate in the pre-qualification selection, the participant must submit the following documents:
Materials requested by the customer in accordance with the application (application + Adj 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 see attachment + Documents)
• General information about the vendor and abides skilled requirements in the form, (see attachment), duly completed, signed by the person authorized to take obligations on behalf of the supplier. This form must be certified by a seal;
• Copy of the extract from Egrul, for a period not exceeding 1 month;
• A copy of the balance sheet for the last reporting period with proof of receipt by the tax authority;
• A copy of the Profit and Loss statement (Form № 2) for the last reporting period with proof of receipt by the tax authority.
Important: It is not necessary to provide the cost of services at this stage
