Payment for services rendered by the Contractor on Emergency works is carried out upon the fact of rendering services to the Customer and signing by the Parties of the Act on rendering services, according to the invoices issued by the Contractor, by transfer of funds to the Contractor's settlement account within up to 20 (twenty) working days from the moment of signing the Act on the provision of services by the parties.
Delivery terms:Addresses of objects are indicated in TK - see. "Procurement documentation"
Delivery and acceptance of the results of the performed works is carried out by registration of the Act of performed works and transfer of photo or video materials to e-mail.

The warranty period for emergency recovery works must comply with regulatory documents Decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation and the Decisions of the city of Moscow and be at least 12 months from the date signing the Act of acceptance of performed works.
Warranty period for replacement parts is not less than 6 months.

1. Charter and Constituent Agreement Copy
2. Certificate of state registration Copy
3. Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued by the Tax Inspectorate (TIN and OGRN) Copy
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued by the tax authority not earlier than 30 calendar days before the date of submission of the extract; Copy
5. Minutes of the general meeting of participants (shareholders) of the counterparty or the decision of the sole participant (shareholder) of the counterparty on appointment as director of the counterparty (with a signature sample.) Copy
6. Accounting statements form 1 and 2 for the last reporting year (Copy) with confirmation of delivery to the IFNS.
7. The current lease agreement for office space (with payment orders first and last under this agreement) Scan.
8. A copy of the order on appointment of the Director General and the Chief Accountant;
9. List of records of state registration (in the absence of a certificate of state registration);
10. Sheets of records on making changes (if there were changes in a legal entity);
11. Contacts of company representative;
12. Certificate of average number of employees at the last reporting date.
13. If the Supplier is on OSNO, provide the VAT Declaration for the last reporting quarter with confirmation of delivery to the IFNS.
These trades are an internal procedure for selecting a contractor, supplier, contractor and should not be considered as a bidding in the sense of the requirements of articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Federal Law "On Protection of Competition". Thus, this tendering procedure does not impose on the organizer of the auction, the customer of the corresponding volume of civil legal obligations, including the obligatory conclusion of the contract with the winner of the bidder or other bidder.
By submitting documents and information to the organizer of the bidding, the applicant confirms its compliance with the qualification requirements established for the relevant trades, expresses his intention to participate in bidding, agrees to the rules and conditions of the bidding.
