Possibility of bid submission in a different currency

Auto-extension

Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The date of delivery of the respective products consignment, is the date of transfer of the entire products consignment by the Supplier to the Buyer at the Supplier's warehouse. Considering the fact of further transportation of goods to the the Far North districts to the facility, the packing of cargo must ensure the safety of the cargo during transportation, storage (accumulation) and materials handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96. Delivery by road / railway platform. Take into account the delivery cost in the commercial proposal.

Comments:
1) Parts of the original factory production.
2) Mandatory upload of the following documents; commercial offer with an indication of the list of additional equipment in accordance with clause 2 of the Appendix to the TK, a certificate confirming the attitude to the product, a dealer certificate. Product Certificate.
3) Supplied products shall be new, not previously used.
4) Products must be accompanied by: product quality certificate / passport.
5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: product quality, minimum delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
6) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
7) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
8) Before shipment, you must fill out a packing list (see the example of filling in the purchase documentation), stick the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send a copy to the Customer by e-mail.
9) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products shipped to the regions of the Far North and equivalent areas. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96"Cargo Marking".
