Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The Supplier is obliged to deliver the Goods on its own. Involvement of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Buyer.
By sending an offer (offer), the Supplier guarantees that he is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Buyer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax returns for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow with a sufficient degree of confidence to be convinced of the good faith of the Supplier, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of self-delivery of the Goods by the Supplier, including, but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with the attachment of copies of the employment contracts of the persons involved for the performance of work, information about the ownership or lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
If the specified documents are not provided, the Buyer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
