The selection of the most advantageous offers for JSC "RUSAL Achinsk" is carried out taking into account the assessment of the following criteria:
- Availability of the minimum price for each position in the application, the supplier's choice at the lowest price pospositional;
- Preferable is payment within 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods to the buyer's warehouse;
- The goods must be accompanied by a certificate (passport) of quality;
- Positive experience of cooperation with the companies of UC Rusal;
- Model contract of RUSAL Achinsk JSC;
- Accreditation in the company OK RUSAL;
And the interests of our Organization.
RUSAL Achinsk JSC has the right to refuse to participate in the selection in the following cases:
- Commercial offer received after the deadline;
- Terms of the offer do not conform to the terms of the invitation;
- The commercial offer contains unreliable information;
- The person who sent the commercial proposal is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or in respect of him initiated proceedings in the insolvency (bankruptcy);
- The participant of the selection has negative experience with the enterprises of UC Rusal;
- In any other case on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for refusal.
