Comments:
With the transition to the new GOST 27180-2019 ceramic tiles, the purchase of an autoclave is required.
Requirement: an autoclave with a capacity of 600x450 mm (so that you can freely install the whole tile)
Steam under pressure 500 ± 20 kPa
Heating temperature 159 ± 1 ℃ or direct heating.
It is desirable that the installation was recorded in the GOSRESTR with the possibility of verification (or already with it).

GOST 27180-2019
18. Determination of resistance to cracking of glaze
18.1 Scope This section establishes a test method for determining the resistance to cracking of glazes of ceramic tiles, unless glazed cracks are a characteristic feature of the product. 18.2 Method summary To determine the resistance to glaze cracking, all tiles are autoclaved to high pressure steam. Then the tiles, after applying to the glazed surface of the dye, are examined for the presence of cracks in the glaze. 18.3 Equipment and materials 18.3.1 An autoclave of sufficient size to accommodate five tiles during the test at a certain distance from each other. As a rule, steam is supplied to the autoclave for 2 hours from an external source with a pressure of (500 ± 20) kPa and a temperature of (159 ± 1) ° С. The use of a direct heating autoclave is allowed. 18.3.2 Methylene blue according to 15.3.2.2, 1% aqueous solution. 18.4 Test samples 18.4.1 At least five whole tiles are tested. 18.4.2 Tiles of large sizes may be cut into parts that can be placed in an autoclave, and all sliced parts should be tested. The pieces to be cut should be as large as possible. 18.5 Test procedure 18.5.1 First, the tiles are examined visually for defects at a distance of 25-30 cm with illumination of at least 300 lux. There should be no cracks in the samples at the start of the test. Before the test, it is allowed to use a methylene blue solution according to 18.3.2 to detect cracks in the glaze. Except in the case of freshly baked ceramic tiles to be tested as part of the standard quality assurance program at the enterprise, the tiles must be prepared by re-heating to a temperature of (500 ± 15) ° C at a speed of not more than 150 ° C / h and holding in an oven at this temperature for at least 2 hours 18.5.2 The test samples are placed in an autoclave (18.3.1) at a certain distance from each other. Within 1 h, the steam pressure is gradually increased in the autoclave to (500 ± 20) kPa, creating a temperature of (159 ± 1) ° С, and maintained at these parameters for 2 hours. Then the steam supply (or heating in autoclaves with direct heating) is stopped, the pressure is quickly reduced to atmospheric pressure, the test samples are allowed to cool in the autoclave. Final cooling of the test samples is carried out in laboratory conditions, laying them out on an even basis for 0.5 hours. 18.5.3 Then, a suitable dye is applied to the glazed surfaces of the test samples, for example, methylene blue solution according to 18.3.2 with a small addition of a wetting agent. After a minute, the dye is removed with a damp cloth. 52 GOST 27180—2019 18.5.4 The test samples are examined for cracks in the glaze, without taking into account the presence of scratches. Cracks in shard tiles are also not taken into account. Examples of glaze cracks are given in Figure 36. <>> \ I / O \ r b) Decorative tiles Figure 36 - Examples of glaze cracks *
