1. Requirements for the provision of documents - certificate of conformity, quality passport;
2. Consideration of equivalents - equivalents with characteristics no worse than those declared are considered. In the case of an offer of an equivalent, the product name is indicated in accordance with the specification, GOST,TU;
3. Be sure to indicate the manufacturer of the products offered (provide certificates confirming the quality of the products);
4. The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal is at least 30 days;
5. Acceptance of products to the warehouse – Acceptance and payment of products is carried out after the implementation of input control in the buyer's warehouse;
