1) The Customer has the right to make changes to the Request for Proposal Notice and Request for Proposals Documentation at any time before the deadline for submitting applications to participate in the Request for Proposal, and also refuse to conduct a Request for Proposals at any time prior to its conclusion.
2) The Customer has the right not to conclude an Agreement based on the results of the Request for Proposals
3) The request for proposals does not constitute an auction (tender, auction) or a public tender in accordance with Articles 447 — 449 of Part One and Articles 1057 — 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation of the Federation, and does not impose obligations on the Organizer and the Customer established by these articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
