Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. Within 5 (five) working days from the date of signing this Agreement, the Customer, on the basis of the Contractor's invoice, pays the Contractor an advance payment in the amount of not more than 30% of the cost of work.
2. Further payment for work under the Contract is made by the Customer on a monthly basis on the basis of the Certificate of acceptance of work performed (form No. KS-2) and a Certificate of the cost of work performed (form No. documentation, SNiP requirements and technical regulations, as well as provided that the Contractor provides an invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
3. The currency of the agreement is the Russian ruble.
