- 100% deferred payment due to equipment delivery;
- Prepayment of RUB 500,000 from the cost of equipment according to your KP, the remainder due to the delivery of equipment to Omsk Carbon Mogilev IOO;
- 100% irrevocable unconfirmed uncovered letter of credit for the delivery of all equipment;
- Bank guarantee for the amount of prepayment (___% according to your CP).

Comments:
Vendor selection is at a minimum price based on the cost of delivery to Omsk Carbon Mogilev's warehouse under the terms of payment cooperation specified above, according to the standard form Buyer's contract.
Compulsory electronic loading to the lot and shipment together with the goods of quality certificates, factory passports for the products offered.
Please note that this request is not a type of content/auction/public offer and does not fall under the regulation of articles 447 to 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code Federations. When asking for price/offers, the invitation to participate along with the documentation upon request is an invitation to vendors to make offers to the Procurement Procedure Organizer; the application to participate in the request is the offer of a potential bidder to request price/offers. However, the Organizer has no obligation to conclude a contract based on its results.
