This procedure is not tendering and public competition in the meaning of articles 447 — 449.1, 1057 — 1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and are not regulated by Federal Law No. 223-FZ dated 18.07.2011 "On Procurement of Goods, Works, Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities", as well as the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 No. 44-FZ "On the contract system in the sphere of procurement of goods, works, services for State and municipal needs." Carrying out this procurement procedure does not impose on LLC "Technoproekt SK" any obligations provided for by the specified regulatory legal acts. The customer has the right not to inform about the results of the procurement procedure.
The customer has the right not to enter into a Contract with the winner of the request for proposals following its implementation.
