Delivery terms:The scope and list of works includes, but is not limited to, the composition listed below. The works are carried out by the Contractor in full, "turnkey", by forces, means and mechanisms
Contractor, including all necessary supplies and
related expenses:
1. Delivery, unloading and responsible storage at the construction site of the necessary materials, equipment (
including toll materials and equipment), tools, machinery, etc.
2. Installation of automation of heating, ventilation according to the statement of work volumes (Appendix A), schedule of work (Appendix B) and working documentation (Appendix C).
3. Automation panels of heating and ventilation systems, as well
as electric receivers of smoke extraction systems belong to the first
category in terms of reliability of power supply.
4. To carry out the necessary commissioning (comprehensive testing and commissioning, integration of fire protection systems in the premises of the fire station
to the workplace (hereinafter referred to as "AWP") on a PC, with monitoring and control via the control and control panel (hereinafter referred to as "PCU").
5. Carrying out the necessary laboratory tests.
6. Upon completion of installation, automation of heating and ventilation should provide:
1) maintaining the set supply air temperature;
2) work in different modes:
- standby mode with the fan turned off;
- automatic transition to summer mode;
3) receiving control signals "Fire" from the APS system
on technical controls:
- supply and exhaust installations – power off with closing of dampers;
- exhaust smoke ventilation – power on;
- heat curtains – power off;
7. Transfer all installed systems in working,
fully serviceable condition with the signing of the final
tripartite (Contractor, Customer, Maintenance Service,
other persons, if necessary) the act of delivery and acceptance of the completed works.
8. Formation and transfer to the Customer of the executive documentation in full

Comments:
1. Installation and commissioning of automation systems should
be carried out only by organizations that have the appropriate permits for these types of work and have:
- license of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation for the installation of automatic smoke ventilation systems,
including dispatching and commissioning
;
- at least 5 years of experience in this field;
- availability of a sufficient number of qualified, certified personnel to perform the work;
- have the necessary potential for high-quality and
timely performance of their duties to
fully bear responsibility in case of harm to the Customer.
2. Before starting the installation work, the contractor
is obliged to pass the entrance inspection and provide samples of the materials used with all the necessary certificates.
3. Automation of heating, ventilation must be installed in accordance with the design documentation and current regulations:
- The marking and types of cables must correspond to the wiring diagrams
of the external wiring of this project;
- The preparation of pipes and cables should be carried out after the control
measurement of the length of the route;
- To lay the main cable routes in closed
perforated trays provided for in this
section. Height of installation of trays, method of their fastening
specify in place, taking into account the laying of adjacent communications and perform in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions;
- Cable lengths are given taking into account the 10% allowance for bends, turns and waste;
- To clarify the terminals of external connections of complete automation panels during installation in accordance with the operational documentation for the equipment;
- To arrange the placement of automation equipment on technological equipment in accordance with the automation scheme and the code of rules of JV 77.13330.2011;
- Control panels, control panels should be installed on the wall at
a height of 1.6 m, control controllers should be installed on the wall at a height of 1.2 m from the level of the clean floor to the upper plane of the shield.
The location of the panels, shields and regulators should be clarified during
installation;
- Branches and cable drops to the control panels should be made in corrugated PVC pipes ⌀ 25mm;
- Grounding of the equipment should be performed in accordance with the PUE chapter 1.7
(Ed.7) and the practical manual RM14-11-95 "Grounding
of electrical control and automation networks". Power supply and
protective grounding of automation panels are performed in
an adjacent section of the power supply project.
- Shielded cables must join the common
the ground loop on one side at the installation location of the controller.
- In a network up to 42V, lay separately from networks above 42V.
When laying these chains together in one tray, they should be laid through a dividing partition;
- In places where the cable tray intersects with other engineering
communications, change the direction of the route, if possible, at an angle of 45 °. In intersections with pipe wiring, change the direction of the route at a distance of at least 50 mm;
4. In case of changes or deviations from design decisions,
replacement of equipment, products and materials, technical
solutions, it is mandatory to coordinate with the design organization, the Customer and the maintenance service. Any changes in the composition and content of the work, equipment and materials used shall be documented in writing.
5. All works are performed "turnkey" with materials, equipment, machinery and Contractor forces. The contracting organization
provides its employees with the necessary tools, equipment, lifting mechanisms, devices and protective equipment on its own.
6. The cost of the work includes the delivery of equipment and materials
to the facility, the mobilization of equipment, the installation of temporary structures, consumables, travel expenses, obtaining and developing the necessary related documents for the work and other costs.
7. During the execution of the work and after the completion of the work, it is necessary
to clean the territory and remove garbage.
8. All work performed must comply with the requirements of environmental, epidemiological, sanitary and hygienic, fire safety regulations in force on the territory
Of the Russian Federation and to ensure a safe life and
health of people.
9. After completion of the work, the Contractor shall submit to the Customer for consideration and approval the executive documentation in printed and electronic form (originals of passports and certificates of installed equipment and materials used in carrying out the work) in the following format: on paper - discarded volumes folded in A4 format in 2 copies; in electronic form –
on 2 (two) electronic media (USB flash card, etc.), graphic and text material strictly in editable format in the form of WORD, EXCEL, AutoCAD files (DOC formats,
DOCX, XLS, XLSX, DWG);  in electronic form – on 2 (two)
electronic media ( USB-fleshcard, etc.), graphic and
text material in the form of a single file generated in
as a multi-page PDF file. Format files
PDF (version not lower than 1.7) of Adobe Acrobat (version 8.0
and above) with the creation of bookmarks on the table of contents and on the full list of tables and drawings, drawings and other types of data.
One section (subsection) of the project - one volume (book) - one
file. The formation of documentation on the principle of "one page/one drawing - one file" is not allowed. The electronic
version of the project is formed on the basis of individual documents in the original (source) file formats used by the developer to create the project documentation.
The graphic and text part files can additionally
be scanned with a resolution of at least 300 dpi for A4, A3, A2 formats (including multiple formats) and at least 400 dpi for A1, AO formats (including multiple formats). The content of the generated document and the form of their presentation
(book design and layout of drawings) should be such
that when they are printed
, the paper copy of the document fully corresponds to its original (including in scale and color scheme), without any additional actions on the part of the user. The transfer of intermediate results of work can be carried out in the form of documentation made on paper and/or in electronic form
by sending electronic documentation (by e-mail, WhatsApp, file transfer on disks, etc.).
Engineering and technical personnel (Customer operation service) may be involved in conducting acceptance tests on the part of the Customer
.
10. The result of the work:
- The working and executive documentation (with passports and
certificates for equipment and materials)
is properly executed in full in accordance with the current legislation, coordinated with copyright and
technical supervision and accepted by the Customer, as well as the building maintenance service;
- Installation of automation of heating, ventilation is carried out;
- Commissioning works have been carried out;
- Training of personnel in the rules of use of automation
of heating, ventilation by providing mode
maps and corresponding instructions with visualization. All
necessary user manuals (equipment operating instructions) must be in Russian. In
all cases, it is unacceptable to provide technical documentation and user manuals in the form of photocopies.
- After the completion of the above works
, the territory was cleaned and garbage collection was carried out.
11. The contractor is responsible for compliance of the provided equipment and components with state standards and specifications

Installation and commissioning of heating and ventilation automation must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the design and working documentation, current regulatory documents and this Technical Specification:
