Auto-extension

Payment terms:
cashless payment is made by transfer to the account of the winner of open request of proposals electronically. Calculations according to the contract between the customer and winner of an open request for proposals in electronic form shall be made in the manner prescribed by Regulation of the CENTRAL BANK of RUSSIA "on rules for the implementation of money transfer" from 19.06.2012 № 383 p.
Advance payment under the contract is not provided. Payment of work performed is being implemented in phases within 10 working days after the signing of the instrument of acceptance by the customer of the executed works (form COP-2), information on the cost of work performed and costs (COP 3) and invoice invoices (annex No. 2 to the documentation).
Upon completion of works, the price works specified in the Act of acceptance of the executed works (form COP-2), help on the value of the work done and the costs (form COP-3), but may not be higher than the ceiling. Pricing is done by agreement of the parties with drawing of supplementary agreement to the contract.
